Pu`er tea

Pu'er tea is a unique geographical indication product in Yunnan.  It is made of Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried tea leaf as raw material. Depending on different processing techniques, it can be divided into raw Pu'er tea and ripe Pu'er tea, and its taste and efficacy are different.  Pu'er tea is called "Drinkable Antique".  Not only can it be stored for a long time, but also aged with time.  The taste will become more and more mellow.  In this regard, Pu'er tea is very similar to wine, so many people choose to collect Pu'er tea in addition to gifts or daily drinking.

Pu`er Raw tea

Pu`er raw tea is a tea cake made of Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried tea leaf as raw material, which is processed into tea cake, bricks or Tuotuo tea, without artificial fermentation, and aging in a natural way. The appearance of Pu'er raw tea is dark green, the aroma is more fragrant than that of ripe tea, and the tea soup is golden yellow.  It has a reputation of becoming more fragrant with age.  Pu`er raw tea has not yet been aged for a long time, and the tea soup tastes close to green tea. 

Efficacy: Helps to lower blood lipids, lower blood pressure and prevent cardiovascular diseases. People who are prone to insomnia, those who have a cold and fever, those with gastric ulcers, and pregnant women should not drink it.

Pu`er Ripe tea

Pu'er ripe tea is made of Yunnan large-leaf sun-dried tea leaf as raw material, and is processed by artificial stacking fermentation technology. By controlling the fermentation temperature, humidity and time of tea leaves, the fermentation process of Pu'er tea is accelerated.  Common ripe tea are processed as loose tea, tea cake, brick tea or Tuocha.  Brown-red in color, pure in taste, with a unique old fragrance.  And what we drink in Hong Kong restaurants is mostly Pu'er ripe tea.

Citrus Pu`er tea (Tangerine/green Citrus)

Citrus Pu’er Tea (also known as Xinhui Tangerine or little green Citrus Pu’er Tea) is a kind of tea made with Guangdong Xinhui Tangerine or little green Citrus combined with Yunnan Pu’er Tea as raw materials.  It is characterized by a mellow fruity aroma with unique citrus fragrance, fruit fragrance and aged Pu'er fragrance, allowing the citrus peel and the tea leaves to absorb the essence of each other, forming a unique citrus tea with a unique flavour and taste.  

Efficacy : It helps to regulate Qi and strengthen the spleen, resolve phlegm and relieve cough, promote body fluid and moisten the lungs, eliminate stagnation, lower lipids and lower cholesterol. Suitable for drinking in all seasons.
